Hi there! My name is Marisa Kristine Hernandez, and I am a Mexican American
actress, producer, and author. I was born and raised in beautiful San Antonio, Texas, and currently live in the vibrant city of New York.
As an actress and producer, one of my proudest accomplishments was producing and starring in The Most Massive Women Wins in 2019. The show was a massive success and sold out both nights, which was a thrilling experience. I also produced and acted in Quarantine Actually, which won the Best First Feature award at The Toronto International Nollywood Festival in 2022.
My journey as a producer began with a desire to empower actors and creatives by giving them the tools to succeed. I founded my production company, 22 Pictures, with the goal of producing shorts and feature films that elevate women and minorities in the film industry. Recognizing the challenges actors face in showcasing their talent, I started creating custom demo reels to help actors and build their careers. In addition to my work in the entertainment industry, I am also the author of the heartwarming children's book, Grandpa's Our Hero. Growing up, I was always a creative person and loved writing stories, so it was a dream come true to publish my own book, which was dedicated to my grandpa who passed away in 2020.
When I'm not acting or producing, I love to watch Netflix, cook and spend time with my little dog Mila!
