Dynamic Actress & Creative Producer

Hi there! I'm Marisa Kristine Hernandez, a proud Mexican American born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and now calling New York City home. I'm an actress, producer, entrepreneur, author, and content creator with a passion for storytelling, empowering others, and bringing people together.

My journey began in acting, working on commercials, print campaigns, theater productions, and independent films, including Spoken, Gloria Steinberg, Empty Paradise, and Wo(men) Go To Jupiter. My love for storytelling eventually inspired me to launch 22 Pictures Productions, a production company dedicated to amplifying the voices of women, minorities, and underrepresented creatives. Through film production and customized actor demo reels, my mission is to create opportunities and help others bring their stories to life.

Alongside my dear friend and creative partner, Melody Baha, I co-founded The Creative Calling, a women-founded conversation and networking series bringing together filmmakers, actors, creators, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders. What started as an idea between two friends has grown into a sold-out event series centered around meaningful conversations, collaboration, and genuine connections. Our goal has always been simple: to build more than a community, but a family.

Beyond film and entrepreneurship, I'm also the author of Grandpa's Our Hero, a children's book honoring my late grandfather. I'm equally passionate about content creation, sharing my love for lifestyle, beauty, wellness, fashion, basketball, and the experiences that make life exciting.

When I'm not working, you'll find me exploring NYC's restaurant scene, trying new recipes, traveling, staying active, or taking long walks with my Cavapoo, Mila.

At the heart of everything I do is the belief that success is more meaningful when you create opportunities for others along the way. Whether I'm producing a film, building a business, or connecting people, I want to create something that leaves a lasting impact.
